Andrew N Graham BLE MRICS FAAV
Andrew has core skills in land and property valuation including specialising in Estate and Mineral Management and in negotiations for commercial trespass and disputes. He has extensive experience in minerals based land management
and exploitation of capital and revenue generating opportunities from severed and reserved manorial and mineral rights. Andrew has led on first registration projects for some of England’s largest land owning Estates. He has been
pivotal in negotiating and securing agreements for modern large scale energy schemes in wind, solar, nuclear and deep mines on and offshore. Prior to establishing GPC in 2006 Andrew was a main board director with a local surveying/auction company and provided traditional land and property expertise to a broad commercial and agricultural client base. He entered the profession in 1990 with British Coal.

William J Bashall MRICS FAAV
William has a broad experience in core land management, valuation disciplines/issues, National Infrastructure projects and has extensive experience in planning promotion and development agreements; landlord and tenant matters including Land Tribunal application/hearings and valuation for capital taxation and succession planning. recently he has been part of a team promoting a National Infrastructure Project.
Having been a main board director of a local surveying Plc, he started his own business in 2011 and has combined it
with a successful association with GPC on mineral and manorial issues.

Dr Alan G Crosby MA DPHIL FRHISTS CONSULTANT HISTORIAN and PROPERTY RESEARCHER
Alan is the leading national specialist in historical research and consultancy on the registration of manorial rights and minerals. He manages the historical research team for GPC and has been instrumental in establishing protocols for first
registration. He provides GPC with expert evidence to support property rights in disputes for our clients nationally.
Alan has lectured extensively at many Universities including Oxford, Liverpool and Manchester. He has published
over 30 books and numerous articles.

Eddie Tennant BSC(HONS) MRICS MIQ
Eddie is a Chartered Minerals Surveyor and a member of the institute of Quarrying. He worked in the opencast coal industry before gaining a first class honours degree in Mineral Estate Management. Eddie is the Principal Director at Coke Turner & Co, a mineral surveying practice established in 1847 which provides specialist mineral estate
management advice to landowners covering minerals, reserved minerals and manorial interests.

Tim Troman BSc (Hon) Min Est Man FRICS FRGS CONSULTANT MINERALS EXPERT
Tim is a Chartered Mineral Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the minerals industry, formerly based at Wardell Armstrong’s Newcastle upon Tyne office. Qualifying in 1992, Tim’s principle role has been as a Minerals Agent for
land owning clients, and providing advice on minerals estates matters, but has also carried out work for regulatory authorities and industry.
Specialisms include: Minerals estate management, minerals valuations (RICS Registered Valuer), minerals rent reviews, minerals resource appraisals, and minerals ownership issues (including ex-copyhold & manorial rights), and compensation for minerals sterilised.
